When will my order be shipped?How can i track my order?

After your order is processed, You can click on the “Order Tracking” page at the footer of the Homepage to track your product shipments.

How do i cancel my order?

Contact us at angrycandle1221@gmail.com to cancel an order. We process most orders within hours of receiving them; so if you need to cancel please let us know as soon as possible.

If you need to cancel an order after business day, please email your order number to angrycandle1221@gmail.com,we will firstly process it in business day.

Some of my items were damaged in shipping .What do i do?

We guarantee to resolve any issue that may arise with an order. Please contact us at angrycandle1221@gmail.com to report the issue with as much detail as possible.

Order Issue Conditions:
• Damages / Shortages / Order issues must be reported within 30 days of package receipt.

• Any required replacements will be shipped with same service level as original order.

• Any required refunds will be prorated for the quantity affected.

• Refunds will be issued for issues on all other orders.

What countries do you ship to?

We mainly ship to all addresses in the USA.

How do i create an account?

1) Click the Account link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your name、email address and password.
3) Select agree to our privacy policy and click on "Sign up".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account and Shipping Address. Your information is never sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.

How do i edit account infomation?

Click the Account link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.Include your order history and address management.

How do i recover a lost password?

Click the Account link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Lost your password?" That link will send an email to you with instruction to reset your password.
